In my books, I try to cultivate the art and craft of using the written word to study and understand what C.Wright Mills called “the intersection between biography and history."

Using pen and paper, o lo que se aparezca, he escrito varios libros que miran con curiosidad lo cotidiano, esperado o inesperado. Chequea los 4 libritos aquí. Check out my books here.

I enjoy engaging in and teaching public speaking in various formats: lectures, radio, TV and social media. I like using storytelling techniques to discuss topics such as educational equity and inequality, gentrification, displacement, disaster profiteering, and other forms of structural violence that occur in the context of colonialism and the debt economy. I also like storytelling, period. :)

Some of the public or non-profit organizations I've been lucky to support and collaborate with throughout the years and that have directly informed my work.
